Day registration

Attendance to the scientific presentations of the day.
Coffee breaks and buffet lunches.
Depending on the booked day, it will include the welcome reception, technical tour, etc
The gala dinner can be booked during registration at an additional fee of € 50 (inclusive VAT).

Standard Delegates

Standard delegates are entitled to:

Attendance to the scientific presentations;
Presentation of one paper during the congress (with a possible one extra paper by paying extra 50€);
Certificates of attendance and work presentation;
Documentation (proceedings ebook);
Welcome reception, Coffee breaks and buffet lunches;
Congress Dinner is included.

Student Delegates

Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student registrations must be accompanied by a proof of status.

Student delegates are entitled to:

Attendance to the scientific presentations;
Presentation of one paper during the congress;
Certificates of attendance and work presentation;
Documentation (proceedings ebook);
Welcome reception, Coffee breaks and buffet lunches;
Congress Dinner (not included); upon registratation it is possible to buy the gala dinner by paying extra 50€.

REGISTRATION

Deadline for late registration is until June 20, 2024. It is necessary to register and pay the registration fee (the bank transfer/purchase order copy must also be sent to ridita2024@gmail.com in case of selecting bank transfer as payment option).

Exceptionally, registrations might be accepted from June 20 onwards. Late Registration fees will always be applied to those registrants. Thus, registration fees must be paid in the first day of the conference by bank transfer or in cash.

Students are required to send a signed letter from their head of department or Student Card copy attesting to student status to apply for the Student Delegate registration fee. It must be sent to the Congress Secretariat by email: ridita2024@gmail.com.

Invoices of payments will be handed over during the conference unless they are required before. If a pro-forma invoice is required, please contact the Congress Secretariat at ridita2024@gmail.com.
